LanClub offers three managed IT plans for home users. Each plan is priced per computer and builds on the one before it — so you can choose the level of protection and support that suits your household.

What's Included in Each Plan
Essentials — $25/computer/month
The Essentials plan is the perfect starting point. You get remote support so we can fix problems without visiting, a private password vault to keep your logins safe, and 15 minutes of free labour each month for small questions and quick fixes.
Best for households that want basic protection and a real person to call when needed.
Standard — $39/computer/month
Standard adds an extra layer of protection on top of everything in Essentials. Your DNS firewall actively blocks malicious websites, ads, and unwanted content before they load on any device in your home. We also actively monitor your computers so we know about issues early.
Best for households that want proactive protection and peace of mind.
Pro — $55/computer/month
Pro is our most complete plan. On top of everything in Standard, your computers are automatically patched and updated, actively managed for health and security, and protected by endpoint antivirus. You also get the fastest response time and the most included free labour each month.
Best for households that want the full picture — prevention, protection, and priority support.
Free Labour — How Does It Work?
Every plan includes a monthly free labour allocation that renews on the 1st of each month. This covers small support tasks during business hours — think quick questions, minor tweaks, or a short remote session.

Any support beyond your free allocation is billed at your plan's hourly rate. Free minutes apply to business hours work only and do not carry over to the following month. See our How Do Free Monthly Minutes Work? article for full details.
Establishment Fee
All new customers pay a one-time establishment fee of $100 NZD. This covers your initial device setup, software configuration, password vault onboarding, and a walkthrough training session so you're comfortable with everything from day one.
Adding More Computers
Each plan is priced per computer. If you have multiple computers in your household, each one is added at the same per-device rate. You can add or remove devices at any time — just email support@lanclub.nz and we'll update your plan and invoice accordingly.
